At Carestrpresent, we are committed to your satisfaction with our tailoring services. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to exceed your expectations with every project.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of picking up your garment. We will:
- Review your concerns and examine the garment
- Make necessary adjustments at no additional charge if the issue is due to our workmanship
- Work with you to find a satisfactory solution
Adjustments and Corrections
We offer complimentary adjustments within 14 days of service completion if:
- The alteration does not match agreed specifications
- The fit is not as discussed during consultation
- There are issues with our workmanship
Limitations
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or corrections for:
- Changes in your body measurements after final fitting
- Damage to garments caused by wear after service
- Issues arising from inherent fabric defects or pre-existing damage
- Services rendered according to your specific instructions that you later wish to change
- Garments picked up more than 30 days after notification of completion
Garment Storage
We store completed garments for up to 60 days after notification. After this period, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or disposal of unclaimed items.
Damage and Loss
While we take utmost care with your garments:
- We are not liable for damage to garments with pre-existing weak seams or fabrics
- Some delicate or vintage fabrics may be altered at your risk
- We recommend declaring high-value items and may require a damage waiver
- Our maximum liability is limited to ten times the service charge or the declared value, whichever is lower
Refund Process
In rare cases where we cannot resolve an issue to your satisfaction:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5-10 business days
- Partial refunds may be offered for partially completed work
How to Request Service
If you need an adjustment or have concerns about our service:
- Contact us within the timeframes specified above
- Bring the garment to our atelier for inspection
- Provide your service receipt and details of the concern
